1. Warranty Scope & Eligibility

This 1-Year Limited Warranty applies exclusively to authentic TYMGLO products purchased directly from tymglo.com or our authorized brand channels. This warranty is non-transferable and valid only for the original retail purchaser.

The warranty period begins on the date of delivery and remains in effect for exactly 365 days.

2. What Is Covered & Exclusions

Covered Under Warranty

  • Internal motor failures or irregular suction power.
  • Rechargeable lithium battery failures (unable to hold charge under normal use).
  • Defective internal electronics, LED displays, or power buttons.
  • Material or workmanship defects out of the box.
  • Defective charging ports and charging cables.

Not Covered (Exclusions)

  • Normal cosmetic wear, scratches, or natural silicone discoloration from boiling/washing.
  • Damage resulting from accidental drops, physical impact, or misuse.
  • Water or liquid damage to electric motor units (submerging non-waterproof handles in water).
  • Use of incorrect voltage power adapters or non-certified fast chargers.
  • Products modified, disassembled, or repaired by unauthorized parties.

3. How to Submit a Warranty Claim

If you experience any operational defect with your device, our customer care team will resolve it quickly through these simple steps:

Locate Your Order Information

Have your original TYMGLO order number (e.g. #TG-10842) and purchasing email address ready.

Record a Brief Video

Take a 10–20 second video with your phone clearly showing the device plugged in, powered on, and demonstrating the issue.

Submit Your Request

Email our team at support@tymglo.com or submit our online Claim Form. A specialist will review your claim and issue an approved replacement within 1–2 business days.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable US federal and state laws, TYMGLO LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use this product. The replacement or repair of the defective product constitutes the sole and exclusive remedy under this warranty.
